TANISHQ AGRAWAL
What started as a modest youth initiative was never intended to remain confined to one city. The idea was to create a platform where young individuals, irrespective of geography or background, could come together to collaborate, learn, and contribute meaningfully to society. The belief was that when young minds are connected early and entrusted with responsibility, they do not merely prepare for the future, they begin shaping it.
Over time, that belief evolved into Support Wings, a youth-run organisation now blazing across 70+ cities and 22+ states of India. Many of these cities are places where access to youth platforms, internships, or structured opportunities has traditionally been limited. Support Wings bridges this divide by bringing students from diverse regions into one network where ideas travel freely, opportunities expand, and individuals collaborate as equals.
To further deepen this impact at the grassroots level, Support Wings introduced the SW Impact Club, a structured, school-based extension of the organisation that brings its vision directly into institutions. Through these clubs, students engage in curated activities, leadership opportunities, and social impact initiatives within their own campuses, transforming everyday school environments into hubs of collaboration, responsibility, and meaningful action.
Today, Support Wings functions as a virtual ecosystem of young people, where young individuals do far more than participate, they organise initiatives, build networks, lead teams, and contribute to social impact efforts while strengthening leadership and collaborative abilities. Alongside this, Yuvan stands as a flagship initiative, creating spaces where students interact with inspiring personalities and gain perspectives that contribute to their personal and leadership growth.
Support Wings, in its essence, is a growing community of young minds who believe that the future is not something to wait for, but something to build together.
Indian in spirit. Global in perspective.
